I watched fascinated as IICRC Certified Master Cleaner, Buddy Mcclelland, poured 1 ½ gallons of plain water over a large nasty re-occurring, coffee, cream and sugar stain, soaking the carpet down through the pad. He used a powerful water extraction machine and sucked everything up – stain gone, never to return. When his team was finished, my carpet looked like it had a carpet facelift.
